REACH
Roadmap to Education and Achieving Career Horizons
Helping students plan their future with confidence.
What is College and Career Readiness?
College and Career Readiness (CCR) means that students are prepared for life after high school—whether they choose to go to college, start a career, attend a trade school, or explore other opportunities.
Being ready isn't just about academics. It's also about knowing how to solve problems, make decisions, communicate with others, and feel confident navigating new experiences.
College and Career Readiness includes:
Academic Preparedness – Understanding what’s needed to graduate and meeting future goals such as going to college or starting a career
Exploration & Planning – Learning about college, careers, and different pathways to prepare for life after high school
Life & Workplace Skills – Building habits like time management, communication, and goal-setting across any career path
Confidence & Motivation – Helping students feel confident and motivated for what’s ahead
Introducing REACH
Roadmap to Education and Achieving Career Horizons
REACH is Edunex’s College & Career Readiness program. It helps students explore their options, set meaningful goals, and take real steps toward life after high school. Whether they’re planning to attend college, start a career, join a training program, or are still figuring it out, REACH gives students the tools, guidance, and support they need to move forward with confidence.
REACH is delivered in person, on your campus, either during the school day or after school—whichever works best for your site.
Our trained Edunex team members become an extension of your staff, working directly with students each week to provide consistent, hands-on support in college and career readiness.
Here’s what students and schools can expect:
Student Workshops
We lead student workshops focused on real-world college and career readiness. Sessions are interactive and tailored to what students need to succeed.
REACH Covers Topics Like:
College exploration and planning
A–G requirements
Financial Aid
Career exploration and job pathways
Resume writing and interview skills
Time management and planning for life transitions
Personalized Guidance
We check in with every student regularly. These individual check-ins allow us to offer tailored support, encouragement, and help students create a personal roadmap for college and career readiness.
Advising
Students can meet with EduNex team members at any time and also receive scheduled sessions to reflect on academic and career goals. We guide them through planning, decision-making, and next steps for college and career pathways.
Homework Assistance
We have open homework help sessions throughout the week. These offer a supportive space for students to stay on track academically while building study habits and reducing school-related stress.
Annual Student Data and Insights
We track participation, growth, and engagement in college and career readiness. At year’s end, your school receives a custom report that includes:
Student progress in college and career readiness
